Doctor Keith Rau

Doctor Keith Rau is a 1982 graduate of Life Chiropractic College and has served on the faculty at Life University since 1994. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Sport Health Science department and leads the Chiropractic Sport Science concentration of the Masters in Sport Health Science. He became a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (C.C.E.P.) in 1995 and has also obtained his Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP©) credentials where he has also been invited to teach.

Doctor Rau has served as the team chiropractor for high school, college and professional teams that have won over 25 national championships and generated scores of All-Americans. He is currently the team chiropractor of Kennesaw State University’s NCAA DI athletic program and helps to care for Life University’s many exceptional athletes. He has served with the Georgia Force of the Arena Football League, visiting Major League Baseball teams, the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) pro beach volleyball tour, the Atlanta Beat of Women’s Professional Soccer, and provides care at various championship meets.

Doctor Rau teaches classes in Sport Health Science and the College of Chiropractic as well as post-graduate courses. His teaching places a high importance on extremity adjusting and the integration of chiropractic into the care of athletes.

Doctor Rau is an active member of the International Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association and the ACA Sports Council.

He and his wife of 29 years, Lynnette, have a grown daughter Melissa. Doctor Rau has practiced chiropractic since 1982 and currently maintains a part-time chiropractic practice in Marietta, Georgia.
