All Seminars start on Saturday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break), and go through Sunday from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
The ideal clothing for any extremity class is shorts and a t-shirt/tank top under warm-ups for ease of access to work on different extremities in the area of focus.
